We help in the process of creating the business plan of a possible asset acquisition, through the analysis, calculation and identification of potential improvement in revenue through the repositioning of the asset in the distribution, processes, digitization, transformation and its sophisticated revenue management.
With a 360o view of each property's revenue capacity, we turn that knowledge and analysis into a business strategy in order to improve revenue and customer experience. Through control in management, the optimisation of channels and agreement, proposals for transformation or implementation of technology, etc.
By defining and developing a process and goals measurement scorecard, we accompany the customer during the whole implementation process of the identified revenue model.

THOP was conceived from the vision of its founder Oscar Palacios, a renowned professional with over 25 years’ experience in the tourism sector, to offer a solution to an emerging figure in Europe’s leisure tourist hospitality: the real estate hotel investor; a model very developed in other continents and even in European cities, but not so much in the holiday sector and that needs a very specialised analysis and response in the distribution and sophisticated creation of revenue.
Oscar Palacios (Barcelona 1971), based in the Canary Islands (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) almost constantly since 1996, has developed his career in different leading companies in their segments: from incoming agency Ultramar Express, to tour operator TUI and Hotel chain Palladium Hotel Group, to the creation of THOP, in which, among others, he offers advice as Senior Consultant in Distribution and Revenue to HIPartners / Blackstone.
Oscar has developes his experience at key moments in the sector such as the launch of lastminute.com in Spain (being part of the founding team in 2000), the merger of TUI and First Choice (as a member of the board of directors of TUI Spain) and the involvement between Hotelbeds and TUI, as well as the creation of the first golf course and 5-star hotel in Fuerteventura with Elba Hoteles as Director of Sales , being part of the first contracting team of the TUI group as Regional Director for The Caribbean, Spain, Portugal and Cabo Verde and contributing to the development of the brands that today are under the umbrella of Palladium Hotel Group - at the time Fiesta Hotels - such as The Royal Suites, Sa Talaia or Usuahia, making all these innovative examples in the concept creation and its distribution.
